TO: Local WIC Provider Administrators, WIC Coordinators and WIC Nutrition Coordinators
SUBJECT: Evacuees and WIC

USDA is requesting an accurate count of evacuees that states are administering WIC to. The purpose of this count is so that USDA can provide additional food dollars if needed to states taking in evacuees. 

By Monday, September 12, please complete the attached and fax or e-mail to Glenn Studebaker at glenn.studebaker@dhss.mo.gov. Fax number is 573-526-1470.
