SUBJECT: WIC State Office Organizational Chart

The WIC State Office is providing its organizational chart. The LWPs have requested this be sent to them. Please see the attached. For further clarification the acronyms on the chart are:

HPR = Health Program Representative
SOSA = Senior Office Support Assistant
OSA = Office Support Assistant
MAS = Management Analysis Specialist
NW = Northwest
SW = Southwest
NE = Northeast
SE = Southeast
