SUBJECT: Local Agency Plan (LAP) Information

Attached is the the FFY 2006 caseload numbers, the breastfeeding peer counseling program fund information (if your agency is participating in the Breastfeeding Peer Counseling Program), state data for the needs assessment and the Power Point explanation from the training for the Needs Identification worksheet.   Use your agency's data to complete the needs assessment.
