SUBJECT: Electric Breast Pump Guidance

1. The State WIC office is shipping wall charts: "Chart Your Growth!" to each local WIC provider during the month of January. A total of 33,000 charts will be allocated to 118 local WIC providers based on the November 2005 case load. The "Chart Your Growth!" was developed by the National WIC Association. Please give the chart to WIC children to record their heights at home. If you have any questions, please contact Takako Tagami at 1-800-392-8209 or e-mail TakakoTagami@dhss.mo.gov.
2. On December 5, 2005 a Monday Morning email was sent stating that further information and guidance was coming regarding the electric breastpumps that were sent to the LWPs by the State. Enclosed is that correspondence. Please see the attached letter, sample electric breastpump guidelines and sample loan agreement.
