1. The attached are the Spanish versions of Diet Intake (24 hour recall) Forms for children and women. These forms will be printed at the State Printing Center and should be available at the DHSS warehouse in 4-5 weeks. Please feel free to make copies as needed. 2. The following anthropometric equipment items are available if any clinics are in need of them - adult scale (not digital) and infant scales (not digital). If you are interested, please contact Vicki Strickland at vicki.strickland@dhss.mo.gov or 1-800-392-8209.
3. Thank you for your excellent efforts in completing 2006 WIC Client Services Enhancement Project applications. We have received over 80 requests totaling more than $1.165 million. We will be reviewing the requests during the next few days and may be contacting some agencies for clarification on their plans. We intend to notify Local WIC Providers on Wednesday, March 1 regarding the status of their application. However, due to the extremely high number of applications, some agencies may not be notified until Thursday, March 2. We will publish the list of funded agencies in next week's Monday email.
