Information for Health Care Providers
Missouri WIC has New Food and a New Focus!
The Missouri WIC Program is excited to launch its new WIC Food Packages starting October 1, 2009! In addition to the introduction of many new foods (fruits & vegetables and whole grains), the new food packages better promote and support breastfeeding by providing breastfeeding babies and moms greater variety and larger quantities of foods. Other important changes beginning October 1st include new medical documentation requirements.
