FY09 waiver applications will be accepted by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services, Oct. 1, 2008 through Sept. 30, 2009 or until 30 waiver requests have been forwarded to the Department of State. Primary care physicians will be given priority as per the Code of State Regulations.
