Safe Return® Program

"Safe Return®" is a program sponsored by the Alzheimer's Association for individuals diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia who may be at risk of "wandering". Individuals registered in the data-base receive a medical bracelet, necklace, key chain, wallet card or clothing tag for easy identification. In the event a registered individual is missing, the 24-hour national database provides law enforcement with information about the individual and connects them with a caregiver or family member.
