Missouri Care Options
Care Choices
The Missouri Care Options (MCO) program offers information to Missouri
citizens about making choices regarding the variety of care options
available to them when they may need long-term care. MCO offers home
and community long-term care services to adults (18 years and older)
who are Medicaid eligible, or potentially Medicaid eligible, and
in need of assistance. The Department of Health and Senior Services
is committed to helping people live as independently as possible.
MCO also offers individuals who reside in long-term care facilities
the option of home and community long-term care services if they
qualify for care in a more independent setting.
