National Employee Health & Fitness Day

May 21, 2008 is National Employee Health and Fitness Day. Join thousands of employees in Missouri walking their way to better health. The theme of this year’s event is “Feel Great in ’08!”  

You can choose one of four routes in Jefferson City or walk at a location convenient for you. Walk anytime between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. to qualify for prizes.
