Lead License Disciplinary Actions Taken

Restrictions: Lead Safety, Inc. Lead Abatement Contractor License will be restricted for a period of at least sixty (60) days (1/28/08 – 3/28/08).

Suspensions: None

Revocations:

1. Santi & Son Construction - Lead Abatement Contractor License Revoked February 18, 2003.
2. Ted Santi - Lead Abatement Supervisor License Revoked February 27, 2003.

Note: All disciplinary actions may be appealed, within 30 days, to the Administrative Hearing Commission as provided by in section 621.045, RSMo.
