Invitations for Bids and Proposals

Interested vendors may respond to the IFP/IFB with their screen printed copy; however, the offeror will need to contact the buyer of record as indicated on the front page of the IFB/IFP to be placed on the vendors bid list. The offeror is advised that attachments and amendments may exist to this document which provide additional information and instruction for the offeror's reference. It is the sole responsibility of the offeror to ensure that he/she is in possessions of all required attachments and am endments. The offeror shall not be relieved of any responsibility for performance under the contract due to the failure of the offeror to obtain copies of the attachments and amendments.

All vendors' responses MUST be submitted in sealed, hard copy form prior to the closing date and time indicated. It shall be the vendor's responsibility to be sure they are in receipt of all amendments, if any are issued.

All bid responses are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by the State of Missouri. The relevant terms and conditions are included with the IFB/IFP.
