Geocodes for Missouri Cities

An EXCEL file of the Geocoding Data System is available for download. The file is sorted alphabetically by city name. In order to sort by any of the codes in EXCEL, have the top left cell in the spreadsheet selected, click under "DATA" at the top of EXCEL and then select "Sort". It should be the first option at the top. At this point a smaller sort box should appear. Under “My list has” choose "header row". The names of the fields should appear in the drop down box at the top under “Sort by”. At this point you can choose to sort the data by city, ZIP or county.
