Employee Disqualification Registry Check

The Family Care Safety Registry maintains a computer interface with the Missouri Department of Mental Health. The Employee Disqualification Registry contains the names of individuals who are disqualified from working with consumers receiving services from the Missouri Department of Mental Health. The list consists of individuals with a substantiated charge of:

• Physical abuse
• Sexual abuse
• Class I neglect
• Misuse of client funds or property
• Two Class II neglect or verbal abuse charges within a 12-month period
