August 21, 2008 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. JCK State Information Center 600 West Main, Jefferson City Interpretive Center Conference Room Lieutenant Governor Peter Kinder invites testimony from the public at the August 21st meeting of the Comprehensive Entry Point, MO HealthNet Subcommittee.  Public input is invited regarding recommendations for a Comprehensive Entry Point for long-term care services in Missouri. To register for public testimony, complete the registration form, and fax or email it to Jessica.Stroupe@dhss.mo.gov or 573) 751-8687.  An email will be sent confirming receipt of your testimony registration.  Individuals unable to attend the meeting are invited to submit written testimony with a registration form for inclusion in the meeting.  All registrations must be received by August 20th at 12:00 p.m.  A tentative schedule for testimony will be sent to committee members and those testifying by email by close of business on August 20th.
